Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• 6+ years work experience in Product Management or Technical Program Management
• 2+ years working experience with GTM Ops or Sales Operations
• 1+ year experience working in a sales technology platform (e.g. Salesforce, Anaplan, Pigment, Xactly etc.)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery for defined Sales Performance Management product areas (e.g., territory management, quota tooling, book building, planning workflows).
• Translate business requirements from Sales Ops and GTM leaders into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with Engineering and TPM through agile development cycles to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying workflow gaps, system inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or standardization.
• Support the design and evolution of planning systems (Anaplan, Pigment), Salesforce, and 1st party territory management tools, ensuring data integrity, governance, and usability.
• Balance business needs with technical constraints, escalating tradeoffs appropriately and driving alignment across stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, system performance, and operational impact.
• Maintain delivery artifacts (roadmaps, backlogs, PRDs, initiative trackers) and support change management and rollout activities.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure enterprise tooling supports scalable global planning processes.
