Job summary

Schwab Asset Management (SAM) invites a senior product leader to guide the evolution of Schwab’s research content capabilities, enabling trusted insights across platforms and AI-powered experiences. This individual contributor role focuses on governance, metadata, and distribution for the research content lifecycle.

You will define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics, align cross‑functional teams, and drive initiatives from concept through delivery in a fast-paced enterprise

Qualifications

• 8+ years translating business and operational needs into platform capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with planning and dependency management.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and measures of success.
• Strong understanding of content management, metadata, governance, and data management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across research, business, technology, operations, legal, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evolve capabilities to support the research content lifecycle with governance and discoverability.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics for content management and distribution.
• Align research, product, technology, risk, and compliance on priorities and tradeoffs.
• Enable AI-powered experiences by applying content standards and lineage practices.
• Analyze consumer needs and adoption patterns to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery.
