Job summary

Fullsight, a shared services group serving SAE ITC, SAE International, and PRI, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own and drive a portfolio of learning solutions. You will spearhead market insights, business cases, and financial analyses to guide product strategy and delivery across diverse modalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, media, STEM or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product management and development or related role.
• P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience with new product development processes and life cycle maintenance.
• Understanding of talent and/or workforce development landscape and/or curriculum development.
• Expertise using quantitative and qualitative data to lead product management activities.
• Experience collecting voice of customer inputs and developing relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Certification in Product Management required within 6 months, if absent.

Responsibilities

• Identify industry skills gaps, certification needs, and related problems to workforce development.
• Align and propose solutions, develop business cases and financial analyses, and participate in cross-functional road map prioritization.
• Lead advisory panels and engage stakeholders to survey, interview, and deliver content via delivery modalities.
• Drive revenue, margin, and growth goals through strategic product direction.
• Provide product leadership from introduction through obsolescence and evaluate new technologies.
• Communicate product positioning and messaging to sales and marketing teams.
• Conduct efficacy research to identify obstacles and improve customer satisfaction and product direction.
• Deliver formal presentations and lead group discussions on products for diverse audiences.
• Maintain ongoing dialog with customers and internal stakeholders on trends and opportunities.
• Mentor other product managers and elevate focus to strategic initiatives.
