Job summary

Fullsight, in partnership with SAE ITC, seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic direction of the product portfolio and enable revenue growth. You will lead cross-functional teams, balance tradeoffs, and communicate clear product messaging to sales and marketing.

The role is US-based with fully remote work from a professional home office and up to 20% travel. A strong background in product management, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder engagement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, media, STEM or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product management and development or related role.
• P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience with new product development processes and life cycle maintenance.
• Understanding of talent and/or workforce development landscape and/or curriculum development.
• Expertise using quantitative and qualitative data to lead product management activities.
• Experience collecting voice of customer inputs and developing relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Certification in Product Management required within 6 months, if absent.

Responsibilities

• Identify industry skills gaps, certification needs, and related problems to workforce development.
• Align and propose solutions, develop business cases and financial analyses, and participate in cross-functional road map prioritization.
• Convene and lead advisory panels, locate and engage stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Drive strategic direction of the product portfolio and ensure implementation to drive revenue and growth.
• Provide product leadership from introduction through obsolescence and evaluate new technologies.
• Create and deliver formal presentations and conduct group discussions on products for diverse audiences.
• Continually review product usage data and maintain dialogue with customers and internal stakeholders on trends and opportunities.
