Zusammenfassung

Semify is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead discovery, definition, development, and launch of complex initiatives across our technology portfolio. You will turn customer and business needs into actionable product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, operations, sales, and support to deliver measurable business value.

You will own designated areas of Semify applications, guide moderate- to high-complexity initiatives from discovery to release, and help strengthen product

Qualifikationen

• At least six years of software product management experience, including ownership of complex products from discovery through launch.
• Experience translating customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineers on architecture, dependencies and tradeoffs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and executive storytelling skills.
• Experience with UX principles and design or prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and navigate competing priorities across teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead customer and stakeholder discovery to identify problems and validate potential solutions.
• Develop business requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Partner with engineering to evaluate technical approaches, dependencies, risks, and implementation needs.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer success to consider customer needs and business impact.
• Lead prototype, pre-production, and final-release demonstrations for diverse audiences.
• Conduct detailed product testing and QA to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Implement satisfaction metrics and drive product or process improvements.
• Contribute to prioritization, roadmaps, backlog grooming, and Product Review Board prep.
• Support design standards and UX principles across products.
• Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to improve workflows.
• Provide mentorship to other Product Managers to raise practice standards.
