We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the full arc of product execution from discovery to post-launch value, working closely with design and engineering to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Experience in SaaS and direct collaboration with product design and engineering is required, with a focus on 0-to-1 initiatives and measurable ROI for field-based operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional product management owning end-to-end features in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience working directly with product design and engineering teams in an agile setting.
• Ability to define value-oriented metrics and evaluate product performance with data.
• Experience with complex B2B SaaS workflows.
• Ability to synthesize customer needs into concise proposals and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership (0-to-1): Manage discovery through validation, scoping, launch, and long-term tracking.
• Product Collaboration: Partner with design and engineering to assess usability, viability, and feasibility from day one.
• Roadmap Prioritization & Strategy: Build evidence-based business cases before allocating engineering effort.
• Data & Metrics Literacy: Define and track metrics to ensure ROI and value for end users.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Drive alignment across product, customer-facing, and executive teams without relying on authority.
• Customer Discovery: Maintain ongoing qualitative discovery with customers and operators.
