Semgrep, the leader in code security for builders, seeks a Senior/Staff Product Manager to own a product area and shape the strategy for developers. Based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule, you’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver impact.

You’ll work with engineering and design to drive end-to-end delivery, gather customer insights, and translate complex needs into pragmatic solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience leading software products from inception through launch.
• End-to-end ownership and accountability for product success.
• Experience building products for engineering personas.
• Translating complex user needs into pragmatic product solutions.
• Thrives in a growth-stage, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Preferred: engineering background or ability to code, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area vision and strategy and drive its value to users and the business.
• Ensure commercial success of your product area.
• Engage with customers/prospects to shape and prioritize the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning and messaging.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Product Marketing to manage releases and feedback.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Design to ensure product excellence.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to iteration.
• Use data to track success and identify improvement opportunities.
