Zusammenfassung

Sepire is seeking a results-driven Product Manager/Owner to define product strategy, run discovery calls, translate needs into user stories, and own backlog. You will lead offshore teams, review architecture, and guide feature delivery.

The role emphasizes UX improvement, industry-standard processes, and KPIs tracking. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and design across time zones, shaping multi-tenant SaaS features.

Qualifikationen

5–8 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on a B2B SaaS platform.
Comfortable reading code and discussing architecture.
Proven record of shipping multi-tenant features.
Strong wireframing/prototyping chops.
Hands-on Agile/Scrum facilitation—backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retros.
Clear communicator with sales, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders.
Can work U.S. morning hours to overlap with America/Chicago and offshore teams.

Aufgaben

Run discovery calls and demos with prospects and customers.
Translate client needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
Own the product backlog, sprint planning, and release notes.
Review pull requests at a high level; flag architecture or security risks.
Guide the offshore team daily; unblock issues fast.
Define and track product KPIs and usage analytics.
Keep documentation, API specs, and UX prototypes current.
