Job summary

Onit is seeking a senior product leader to own strategy and roadmap for a major product area, translating vision into clear direction and multi-quarter planning. You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery—establish prioritization to balance impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment, and drive timely delivery across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for a major product area or cross-product initiative, translating company vision into clear product direction and driving multi‑quarter planning.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle for complex initiatives—from discovery through delivery and iteration—while establishing prioritization frameworks that balance impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Act as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, driving alignment on product direction, tradeoffs, and delivery timelines.
