You will build and maintain dashboards for product adoption, usage, and health, and translate customer feedback into actionable requirements while guiding prioritization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS/fintech environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous requirements to delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards (Metabase/Looker/Tableau).
• Proven track record resolving complex customer escalations and issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Collaborative, hands-on mindset with sound judgment on when to lead.
• Comfort with incomplete information and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design and requirements across cross-functional initiatives.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards for product adoption, usage, and health.
• Act as SME for customer escalations with Support, Services, and Engineering.
• Translate feedback and usage data into clear product requirements and prioritization.
• Conduct competitive market analysis domestically and internationally.
• Support enablement for Support, Services, and Customer Success teams.
• Represent the product in customer-facing settings, including advisory boards and reviews.
