Job summary

Front Row Group in New York City is seeking a first-principles, strategic Product Manager to drive Catapult's growth. You will own roadmaps, innovate platform capabilities, and collaborate with engineering, UX, insights, and business leaders to deliver AI-enabled improvements and measurable business outcomes.

You'll lead agile ceremonies, prototype with AI tools, and steer data-driven decisions across APIs, integrations, and automation in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, or SaaS.
• Understanding of fulfillment operations, 3PLs, and finance.
• Experience leading agile ceremonies and backlog management.
• Active use of LLMs and AI coding tools in daily workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap for Catapult modules, improving automation, analytics, and marketplace integrations.
• Lead platform capability enhancements and internal systems for better workflows and data accuracy.
• Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Utilize AI-native workflows across discovery, research synthesis, PRD drafting, and data analysis.
• Prototype with AI tools and stand up clickable prototypes to test value with users and stakeholders.
• Identify and ship AI-powered capabilities including LLM-driven insights and automation.
• Collaborate with engineers, finance, operations, and leadership to align technology with business goals.
• Communicate strategies and insights to stakeholders to drive alignment on priorities.
• Stay ahead of ecommerce tech trends to inform product innovation.
• Lead with entrepreneurial spirit and foster collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions.
