Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Product Management (US) to own the product vision and roadmap across discovery, merchandising, personalization, and feed management. You will drive AI-driven innovation and lead an experienced product team to deliver enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, 7+ years in e-commerce/retail tech.
• 3+ years in leadership, managing product teams of 5+.
• Proven success defining vision, building, and scaling SaaS/e-commerce products, including AI/ML-powered solutions.
• Experience leading product integration post-acquisition or across multi-product environments.
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for discovery, merchandising, personalization, and feed management.
• Align product strategy with growth objectives, market opportunities, and integration of newly acquired products.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver enterprise-grade, scalable solutions.
• Drive innovation in personalization, recommendations, search, and feed management while balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision.
• Lead transformation toward Agentic Commerce leveraging AI agents to optimize customer journeys.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing product management team, fostering clarity and accountability.
• Represent the company as a thought leader with customers, partners, and the market.
