Job summary

Colibri Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a sprint-based ecommerce platform team supporting 11 real estate brands across four technology stacks. This role emphasizes execution and measurable improvements in ecommerce performance, site experience, and platform scalability.

You will own sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery for ecommerce initiatives, serving as the primary ecommerce technology representative on the ownership committee.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management in ecommerce or multi-brand digital environments.
• Proven experience leading Agile sprint teams.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, CRO, and digital merchandising.
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-platform environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication.
• Analytical mindset using data to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with Jira and analytics/ experimentation tools.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sprint team with a two-week cadence.
• Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, execution.
• Ensure roadmap commitments are delivered on time and with high quality.
• Balance roadmap initiatives and run-the-business work within capacity.
• Drive ecommerce optimization across 11 brands: CRO, merchandising, checkout, pricing, PDP, SEO.
• Standardize best practices across brands.
• Serve as ecommerce technology representative on ownership committee.
• Provide visibility into sprint progress and platform risks.
• Advocate for scalable solutions across stacks.
• Define and enforce standards for ecommerce experience consistency.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Content teams.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Align ecommerce improvements with broader product strategy.
• Define and track key ecommerce metrics and run experiments.
