Housecall Pro is seeking a Senior Product Manager I to lead AI-powered experiences for home service professionals. You will drive strategy, partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and AI teams, and own problems from discovery through launch.

You will shape model behavior and ensure measurable business impact. You will leverage customer feedback, product data, and AI performance to make high-impact decisions and continuously improve outcomes for our Pros.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of product management with AI-focused exposure.
• Experience defining metrics, adoption funnels, and feedback loops.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch.

Responsabilités

• Drive product strategy and execution for AI-powered experiences for home service pros.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Strategy, Data, and AI teams to shape the roadmap.
• Own customer problems from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Lead roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Define KPIs, measure product health, and monitor AI system performance.
• Collaborate to validate solutions and drive cross-functional priorities.
• Guide model behavior, context handling, data quality, latency, and safety.
