Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Search and Discovery to lead strategy, discovery, and delivery of customer-facing digital products. You will own site search relevance, navigation taxonomy, CX platform decisions, and cross-functional roadmaps that help HVAC, plumbing, and electrical pros find and buy what they need.

This remote role is open to multiple US states and requires travel to Melville, NY about six times per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in a product or technical role focused on software development and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with on-site search or discovery product ownership.
• Proven Agile/Scrum experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Strong data fluency with analytics and A/B testing results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user and market research to guide product strategy and translate insights into roadmaps.
• Prioritize opportunities based on business impact, tech complexity, and resources.
• Drive strategy, discovery, and implementation of complex integrations and customer-facing features.
• Manage site search strategy including relevance tuning, ranking signals, and autocomplete.
• Oversee category navigation and information architecture for SEO and UX.
