Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in product management with leadership experience.
- Proven track record owning business metrics and delivering outcomes.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Own the product operating model end to end with pod ownership and clear success metrics.
- Lead and coach product managers, shaping recruitment, craft, and development.
- Define annual roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and align with strategy.
- Drive evidence-based prioritization, analytics, and post-launch accountability.
- Balance growth, platform health, and exploratory work within a portfolio.
