Qualifications

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Remote Access Client Portfolio to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own the vision and roadmap for a portfolio of remote access client experiences across multiple access modalities. You will partner closely with engineering, design, sales, customers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to shape a secure, intuitive enterprise access experience. The work will focus on balancing product strategy, user experience, and technical depth to support evolving enterprise IT environments. In this role, you will help drive adoption, influence go-to-market efforts, and guide investment decisions in a growing product area.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate a multi-year product vision for the remote access client portfolio
• Translate product strategy into a prioritized roadmap for various access modalities
• Define a coherent access experience with consistent policies and session recordings
• Anticipate and sequence investment in evolving access patterns and requirements
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to validate product direction and requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Shape go-to-market strategies and enable sales teams with the necessary resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA is a plus
• 6+ years of experience in product management within an Agile/Scrum environment
• 5+ years in software, SaaS, or cloud security, particularly in remote access or privileged access management
• Experience with multiple client platforms, including web, native desktop, CLI, browser extension, or mobile
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments including Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Familiarity with remote access protocols and technologies like RDP, SSH, and HTTPS
• Analytical skills with a user-experience focus to enhance product usability
