Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to partner with APB teams globally to operationalize safety and compliance into business decisions, metrics, and tools used daily.

The role requires strong influence across a large organization, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to craft simple, effective solutions while leading end-to-end product delivery for regulatory intelligence, BOM data quality, and AI agent lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery and feature tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for regulatory technology capabilities.
• Write BRDs, PRFAQs, and requirements documents translating regulatory needs into engineering specs.
• Partner with software engineering to prioritize, sequence, and deliver the roadmap.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across SSC, Quality, Sourcing, Compliance Operations, and Product Development.
• Establish and track success metrics; use data to inform product decisions.
