Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Regulation Tech & Assurance (RTA) team within Amazon Privacy (Security). You will translate complex AI regulation into scalable governance controls and enforcement across services worldwide.

You'll collaborate with Legal, AI Security, Privacy, and engineering, driving end-to-end design, delivery, and compliance posture for regulators and auditors, with a focus on Quality, Compliance, Assurance, and Speed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working with engineering teams
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management with software teams
• Experience coordinating cross-functional release schedules

Responsibilities

• Own expertise in AI governance controls including data lineage and retention
• Lead cross-functional design to architect compliance solutions and automated enforcement
• Drive delivery across Legal, AI Security, Privacy, and engineering with regulatory dates in view
• Interpret regulatory requirements and translate into implementable technical requirements
• Partner across RTA pillars to align policy hierarchy and reporting
