Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical for its Compliance and Safety Services team in Seattle. Lead a program-level strategy across seller compliance, drive architecture decisions for shared infrastructure, and define metrics for senior leadership review.

You will work across 5+ partner organizations and collaborate with engineering, legal, policy, program management, and seller experience teams to shape the next 2–3 years of compliance technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year product strategy for seller compliance that spans multiple domains and regulatory regimes.
• Collaborate with internal customers to understand pain points and define shared infrastructure.
• Work with engineering, science, and AI/ML teams to drive technical architecture decisions and roadmaps.
• Own program-level metrics and report progress to VP-level leadership.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across partner organizations with varying priorities.
• Address bottlenecks and balance seller experience against regulatory risk and technical constraints.
• Write strategy documents and one-pagers to drive leadership decisions.
• Query and analyze data to ground product recommendations in seller behavior and compliance outcomes.
