Job summary

Qrypt Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and package offerings in a security-centric product line. You will talk to customers and the market, decide which capabilities to package, and write the requirements that translate quantum-safe tech into market-ready products.

You will collaborate with engineering and leadership to ensure what we define can be shipped. You will own packaging, positioning, and prioritization while supporting go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with senior ownership of a technical B2B product line.
• Deep-tech or security-native background: cybersecurity, cryptography, post-quantum encryption, or security infrastructure.
• Experience taking products from definition through launch, including packaging and positioning decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own product definition end to end: turn technology into a coherent, orderable set of products.
• Run customer and market discovery: talk to prospects, customers, and partners to understand problems and buying criteria.
• Define packaging and positioning: decide what each offering includes, who it's for, and differentiation.
• Write clear product requirements and specs, and prioritize a roadmap with engineering and leadership.
• Serve as the bridge between market needs and engineering, making tradeoffs and keeping scope honest.
• Support go-to-market: provide language and materials to sales to sell the offerings.
• Build the product practice as an early product hire.
