PQShield is seeking a Product Marketing Director to turn complex cryptography into compelling stories that drive demand. You’ll own positioning across PQShield's hardware IP and software portfolio and partner with product, engineering, and sales to shape market narratives globally.

In this high-visibility role you’ll craft messaging, launch strategies, and sales enablement content for executives, engineers, and buyers, while leading go-to-market for new products and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop positioning and stories that change market understanding.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and ability to simplify tech.
• Strong storytelling instincts to find human and business narratives in tech.
• Experience marketing technical B2B cybersecurity or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own the narrative: develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Translate technical capability into customer value with cross-functional teams.
• Define messaging architecture for hardware IP and software portfolio.
• Develop deep customer insights and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market for new products and partnerships.
• Create sales tools: presentations, briefs, case studies, battlecards.
• Build buyer-specific stories for segments like semiconductors and automotive.
• Own competitive storytelling and differentiation.
• Create thought leadership, white papers, and customer stories.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, sales, partnerships, leadership.
