PQShield, a remote-first technology company, seeks a Product Marketing Director to translate advanced cryptography into compelling market narratives. You will own positioning for PQShield's hardware IP and software portfolio, bridging product, engineering, sales, customers, and the security market worldwide.

You will shape category narratives, lead launches, and equip the sales team with strategic content and enablement.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of marketing experience with emphasis on product/technology marketing.
• Ability to develop positioning and stories that change market understanding.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; translate complex tech into clear narratives.
• Strong storytelling instincts to find human and business narratives in tech.
• Experience marketing technical B2B products, ideally in cybersecurity or semiconductors.
• Ability to communicate credibly with CISOs, CTOs, engineers, and executives.
• Experience launching products and creating sales enablement for complex deals.

• Own the story: develop narrative, positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business and security value.
• Position the portfolio across hardware IP and software offerings.
• Develop customer insights and buying journeys for go-to-market strategies.
• Shape market narrative around post-quantum security and PQShield differentiation.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market for new products and partnerships.
• Create sales tools: presentations, battlecards, briefs and case studies.
• Develop buyer-specific stories for multiple sectors including semiconductors and automotive.
• Own competitive storytelling with clear differentiation.
• Create content: white papers, thought leadership, customer stories, web experiences.
• Bring customer stories to life to demonstrate the transition to post-quantum security.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, sales, partnerships and leadership.
