Job summary

Ncontracts seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead modernization of a market-leading compliance product used by many mortgage lenders. You will define the target-state product, migration path, and multi-year roadmap, then drive the plan through delivery with Engineering, Product, and Leadership.

You’ll navigate ambiguity, anchor decisions in customer discovery, and articulate a compelling, data-driven vision to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading product modernization, replatforming, or major rewrite.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end modernization strategy for legacy product line.
• Translate strategy into PRDs, specs, and acceptance criteria for Engineering.
• Define migration path, sequencing of investment, and multi-year roadmap.
• Design customer migration and communication strategies with customer success and implementation.
• Support external messaging to prospects and existing customers during the transition.
