Job summary

Ncontracts seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead modernization of a legacy mortgage compliance product. You’ll set the strategy, build the business case, and define the roadmap for a multi-year migration, balancing risk and value with autonomy and executive collaboration.

You’ll partner with Engineering and Sales to ensure seamless customer transition, leveraging AI-enabled capabilities while protecting existing revenue and trust. This is a senior leadership role in Nashville.

Qualifications

• Strategic product management experience in B2B SaaS or similar domains.
• Record of leading product modernization or major rewrites in large organizations.
• Ability to operate autonomously with ambiguity and drive decisions.
• Strong business-case development, multi-year roadmaps, and executive alignment.
• Experience communicating a multi-year vision to executives, engineers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end modernization strategy for a legacy product line and migration path.
• Translate strategy into PRDs, specs, and acceptance criteria for Engineering.
• Collaborate on replatforming, data migration, and parity goals with Architecture.
• Define success metrics: migration velocity, adoption, and NPS recovery.
• Design customer migration and messaging with Success and Implementation teams.
• Serve as external face of modernization to customers, partners, and conferences.
