Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or related area; or equivalent experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer digital products.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Core program vision with technical realities across multiple platforms and tenants.
• Manage the product backlog and scope workstreams to hit Day 1/Day 2 milestones.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps and ensure operational readiness for agents and customers.
