Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management to lead the day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform across Channels, Shared Services, and Servicing Strategy in Chicago.

You will bridge vision and technical reality for five platforms and three tenants, manage backlogs and scoping for workstreams, and partner with Tech Leads to ensure Day 1/Day 2 readiness for agents and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related) or Business/Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between the Core program vision and the technical reality for 5 platforms and 3 tenants.
• Manage the product backlog and scoping for specific workstreams to meet Day 1 and Day 2 milestones.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps, finalize solutioning, and ensure operational readiness for agents and customers.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing
