Clarus is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape the future of pet insurance technology. You will lead product initiatives from concept through launch, partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful business impact and exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
• Experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned product areas, balancing objectives and constraints.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze market trends to inform decisions.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog with cross-functional teams.
• Support product testing, QA, and post-launch analysis to ensure quality and performance.
• Assist in preparing product documentation, training materials, and release communications.
