Job summary

Kraken Pro is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the onboarding funnel globally, from landing to first trade. You will partner with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to remove friction and accelerate activation for retail and institutional traders.

You will use data and AI to map the funnel, identify drop-offs, and design trust-building experiences that guide users confidently toward their first trade.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, focusing on onboarding, activation, or growth-oriented UX.
• Ability to define metrics, analyze funnels, and translate data into action.
• Clear written and verbal communication to align stakeholders.
• Customer-first mindset with curiosity about user needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience end-to-end for Kraken Pro globally.
• Continuously assess the funnel to identify friction and drive UX improvements.
• Understand the Pro customer and tailor messaging for first trades.
• Live in onboarding data to locate drop-offs and high-leverage opportunities.
• Design experiences that build trust and guide users to trade with confidence.
• Collaborate with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to ship improvements.
• Leverage AI to surface friction points and personalize onboarding paths.
