Job summary

Kraken seeks a Senior Product Manager for Pro Onboarding to own the onboarding experience end-to-end globally, from first landing through a client’s first trade. You will partner with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to turn insights into shipped improvements.

Leverage AI to surface friction, predict drop-offs, and personalize onboarding paths while deepening understanding of Pro customers and their first days. 4+ years in PM with onboarding focus required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with onboarding or growth UX
• Strong data fluency: define success metrics and analyze funnels
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align stakeholders
• Customer-first mindset with curiosity about user needs and trading motivation
• Fluent working with AI tools to analyze data and speed up work

Responsibilities

• Own Kraken Pro onboarding end-to-end from landing to first trade
• Continuously assess the funnel and drive UX improvements
• Deeply understand Pro customers and their first days using the product
• Pinpoint friction points and high-leverage optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to ship improvements
• Leverage AI to surface friction, predict drop-offs, and personalize onboarding paths
