Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own onboarding across the Crypto.com App and adjacent product surfaces. You will drive KYC, account opening, activation, and referral mechanics, shaping an onboarding journey that scales with regulatory requirements.

You will report to the Onboarding squad Lead, work closely with trading product efforts, and manage the roadmap with independence, prioritization decisions, and delivery cadence.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping onboarding in regulated consumer fintech is a strong plus.
• Ability to own and prioritize roadmaps with independence.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and adjacent surfaces.
• Lead onboarding as a growth product and regulated platform, including KYC and account opening.
• Own activation, referral mechanics, and new-product onboarding, with trading scope responsibilities within six months.
