You will translate insights into personalized experiences, define success metrics, and drive cross-functional delivery with a focus on acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare/life sciences or regulated customer engagement.
• Strong product leadership and customer-centric digital experience creation.
• Experience with customer data, segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute donor-engagement oriented product strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead omni-channel journey orchestration across web, mobile, email and SMS.
• Operationalize next-best-action models and measure impact of recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional product delivery and mentor Product Owners.
