Givebutter is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our CRM, Engage marketing, and Reporting tools under the Givebutter Plus banner. This high-visibility role partners with Design, Engineering, and leadership to build a category-defining donor management and marketing product in the nonprofit software space.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience on high-scale B2B SaaS or consumer software products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Givebutter’s donor management, marketing, and reporting tools.
• Drive adoption, retention, and monetization of Givebutter Plus with Growth and Revenue teams.
• Lead discovery: customer research, synthesize insights, define problems for design/engineering.
• Define the 'why' behind work, align initiatives to company strategy, set clear success criteria.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship cohesive end-to-end experiences.
• Use data to guide decisions and build data-informed habits.
