Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must have 5+ years in sales, marketing, healthcare systems, patient advocacy, or related functions in healthcare/biopharma.
• Strong leadership with ability to set direction, align to franchise/brand strategy, and influence without authority.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Alpha-1 patient marketing strategy aligned with franchise objectives.
• Serve as the voice of the patient across cross-functional planning and decision-making.
• Own the patient marketing ecosystem and develop omnichannel engagement and measurement strategies.
• Direct patient journey strategies from education to onboarding and long-term persistence.
• Lead patient-directed promotional and non-personal marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Advocacy, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and other teams to ensure compliant execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize engagement and investment decisions.
