Valon is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own strategy and execution for mortgage servicing vertical, such as collections, loss mitigation, or escrow. This is a senior IC role reporting to the Director of Product.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management, a track record shipping complex B2B software, and a Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, IS, Data Science, Business, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field. You'll influence product direction in a fast-growing AI-first company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record shipping complex B2B software products from concept to production.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a cohesive product roadmap, prioritize features that deliver measurable business outcomes for our SaaS customers.
• Write clear, comprehensive PRDs and specifications that eliminate ambiguity for engineering.
• Deeply understand customer and user needs across internal servicing teams and external partners and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Manage timelines and dependencies; make decisive trade-offs between speed, scope, and technical quality.
• Ensure successful rollouts in partnership with Deployment Strategy and Product Operations.
