Nesto Group in the United States is seeking a Product Manager for Maestro: an AI platform that boosts productivity in mortgage operations. You will turn complex workflows into shipped product, bridging ML, engineering, underwriting, and business stakeholders to deliver a practical AI-powered lending tool.

This role sits at the intersection of machine learning and real mortgage expertise, shaping the roadmap, defining metrics, and translating insights into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or a high-ownership product role in a complex environment.
• Ability to write clearly, think structurally, and go deep on systems, data, and edge cases.
• Comfortable operating without perfect inputs—you find the truth and drive the work forward.
• Proven, active fluency with AI tools across your PM workflow: discovery, testing, documentation, analysis, and measurement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-experts in Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex operational reality into clear PRDs, decision logic, and shipped product.
• Work closely with ML, engineering, underwriting ops, and business stakeholders to define and deliver the roadmap.
• Define and improve the metrics that matter: throughput, time-to-decision, accuracy, and capacity gained.
• Build tight feedback loops between AI output and expert human judgment.
• Keep execution moving in a high-ambiguity, high-accountability environment.
• Stay ahead of how AI is reshaping mortgage origination and bring informed recommendations to the roadmap.
• Share what you discover — how you work should make the people around you better.
