nesto Group is seeking a Product Manager for Maestro, an AI platform that makes mortgage professionals dramatically more productive across sales, underwriting, and loan servicing. This role sits at the intersection of complex workflows, ML, and deep mortgage knowledge to turn hard problems into shipped product.

You will work with ML, engineering, underwriting ops, and business stakeholders to define the roadmap, build end-to-end AI-enabled lending capabilities, and deliver measurable

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or a high-ownership product role in a complex environment.
• Ability to write clearly, think structurally, and go deep on systems, data, and edge cases.
• Active fluency with AI tools across PM workflow: discovery, testing, documentation, analysis, and measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Turn complex operational reality into clear PRDs, decision logic, and shipped product
• Define and deliver the roadmap with ML, engineering, underwriting ops, and business stakeholders
• Define and improve throughput, time-to-decision, accuracy, and capacity gained
• Build feedback loops between AI output and human judgment
• Keep execution moving in a high-ambiguity, high-accountability environment
• Stay ahead of how AI is reshaping mortgage origination and bring informed recommendations
• Share what you discover — how you work should make the people around you better
