Job summary

Valon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and execution for a key vertical within mortgage servicing.

You will drive a cohesive roadmap, write clear PRDs, and align with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes for our SaaS customers. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM, a track record shipping complex B2B software, and a willingness to master foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other servicing domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software.
• Proven track record of shipping complex B2B software from concept to production.
• Ability to balance near-term business goals with a longer-term product strategy.
• Demonstrated leadership to align multiple stakeholders.
• Curiosity to learn mortgage servicing across foreclosure, bankruptcy, etc.
• Strong written communication with engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and handle ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a cohesive product roadmap and prioritize features for SaaS customers.
• Write clear PRDs and specifications to guide engineering.
• Understand customer needs across servicing teams and partners; translate into product requirements.
• Manage timelines and dependencies; trade-offs between speed, scope, and quality.
• Coordinate rollouts with Deployment Strategy and Product Operations.
