Valon, a leading AI platform for mortgage servicing in the United States, seeks a seasoned Product Manager to shape our SaaS roadmap and translate customer needs into concrete requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams with engineering, sales, and operations to drive successful product launches and scalable growth.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years in product management for SaaS/B2B
• Proven track record shipping complex B2B software from concept to production
• Able to balance short-term goals with long-term strategy
• Demonstrated leadership to align diverse stakeholders
• Willingness to learn full mortgage servicing landscape (foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, REO)
• Excellent written communication with engineering partners
• Comfortable handling multiple initiatives and ensuring success
• Able to make decisions with incomplete information

Mansioni

• Develop and manage a cohesive product roadmap prioritizing features for SaaS customers
• Write clear PRDs and specs to remove ambiguity for engineering
• Understand customer and user needs across servicing teams and partners and translate into requirements
• Manage timelines and trade-offs between speed, scope, and quality
• Ensure successful rollouts in partnership with Deployment Strategy and Product Operations
