Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Messaging Solutions across enterprise messaging services. You will translate customer needs and technical requirements into scalable offerings, partnering with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams.

This hybrid role requires regular on-site presence two days a week at an assigned TransUnion office. Responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap, gathering requirements, and supporting launches and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering technology products from concept through launch.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, defining requirements, and working within Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Gather requirements from customers, market, and stakeholders and translate into priorities.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to deliver scalable product capabilities.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop business cases and prioritize investments to drive customer value and growth.
• Monitor product performance and adoption metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and support product launches and go-to-market activities.
• Champion innovation in AI, analytics, automation, trust, and communications technologies.
