TransUnion LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Messaging Solutions. This hybrid role works across enterprise messaging services, translating customer needs into scalable offerings.

You will collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance to guide products through reviews and demonstrations, supporting launches and partnerships. You will drive AI and analytics-enabled messaging capabilities while ensuring regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management delivering technology products.
• Experience building SaaS, analytics, or enterprise software products.
• Roadmaps, requirements, and Agile development experience.
• Data-driven decision making and strong stakeholder communication.
• Executive-level presentations and cross-functional influence.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Gather customer, market, and stakeholder requirements and translate them into product priorities.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to deliver scalable, data-driven product capabilities.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop business cases and prioritize investments that drive customer value and growth.
• Monitor product performance and customer adoption metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving technology, operations, commercial, and customer-facing teams.
• Support product launches, customer engagements, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market activities.
• Champion innovation in AI, analytics, automation, trust, and communications technologies.
