Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Messaging Solutions to lead customer-facing product work across enterprise messaging services, translating customer needs and technical requirements into scalable offerings. This hybrid role requires collaboration with engineering, legal, finance, and other teams to guide products through reviews, support demos, and strengthen messaging capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering technology products from concept through launch.
• Experience building SaaS, communications, data, analytics, cybersecurity, or enterprise software products.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, defining requirements, and working within Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Ability to influence across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with messaging platforms or related domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Gather customer, market, and stakeholder requirements and translate them into product priorities.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver scalable, data-driven product capabilities.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop business cases and prioritize investments that drive customer value and commercial growth.
• Monitor product performance and customer adoption metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving technology, operations, commercial, and customer-facing teams.
• Support product launches, customer engagements, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market activities.
• Champion innovation in AI, analytics, automation, trust, and communications technologies.
