Teladoc Health is seeking a Senior Product Leader to Own the member communications orchestration roadmap. You will bridge product, marketing, clinical programs, data, engineering, and operations to build a scalable, data-driven platform that delivers timely and personalized communications across the care journey.

Lead vendor strategy, drive alignment on architecture decisions, and define success metrics tied to visit growth, engagement, and operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• Extensive product management experience translating business outcomes into platform capabilities.
• Hands-on with architecture trade-offs, APIs, data pipelines, and consent logic.
• Experience evaluating vendors, conducting POCs, and guiding platform migrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the member communications orchestration product strategy across service, clinical, and engagement use cases.
• Lead build-vs-buy and vendor strategy; evaluate orchestration/CDP platforms and define POC scope.
• Shape the migration path to a scalable orchestration model from distributed systems.
• Own communication preferences and consent experience; drive data integrations and testing.
• Enable data-driven and AI-powered engagement with cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex architecture into actionable product direction with engineering and data teams.
• Build a measurement framework to track delivery performance and engagement.
• Navigate stakeholders across marketing, data, clinical, and executive leadership.
