Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing or platform domains.
• Ability to connect roadmap decisions to activation, retention, or revenue.
• Hands-on with marketing-tech platforms and data-driven engagement.
• Strong ability to influence across marketing, data, engineering, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the member communications orchestration product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead build-vs-buy and vendor strategy; evaluate platforms and drive POC scope.
• Advance migration toward a scalable orchestration model across channels.
• Own communication preferences, consent, testing, and data integrations.
• Enable AI-powered engagement with journey-based messaging and segmentation.
