Job summary

Superhuman is hiring a Product Manager, Admin & Buyer Experience to own Mail’s admin and onboarding experiences from evaluation to deployment. You will work with IT admins, economic buyers, and internal champions, shaping the product to make Mail easy to adopt at scale within large organizations.

You’ll partner with Sales and CS, design for SSO/RBAC and governance, and measure activation and feature adoption to prove business value to buyers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management for B2B SaaS.
• Experience with enterprise buyers and admins.
• Understanding of enterprise IT: SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging.
• Experience with self‑serve and enterprise motions.
• Designed for multiple user types (IT admins, end users, procurement).
• Built simple experiences on complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Mail’s admin and team‑management experience, including usage visibility, activity/adoption reporting, and audit visibility.
• Own the enterprise onboarding and migration experience for new teams.
• Equip champions with evidence of usage and value to make the case internally.
• Define and optimize the enterprise buyer journey end to end from evaluation to renewal.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS to align enterprise needs and tradeoffs.
• Partner with platform, security, and compliance teams to integrate with identity/governance foundations.
