Job summary

Superhuman is hiring a Product Manager, Admin & Buyer Experience to own the arc for Mail—from evaluation to deployment. You will manage Mail’s admin and usage-visibility surfaces, and Own the onboarding experience that drives a signed deal to deployment.

You’ll work with economic buyers, IT admins, and internal champions, alongside Sales and CS, shaping enterprise needs and prioritizing durable patterns over one-offs. Remote-flexible with hybrid options in certain cities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, including admin, onboarding, or usage analytics in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with enterprise buyers and admins and evidence of deals/deployments unblocked by product work.
• Understanding of enterprise IT: SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, provisioning.
• Experience with self-serve and enterprise motions; product-led funnel in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Mail’s admin and team-management experience, including usage visibility and adoption reporting.
• Own the enterprise onboarding and migration experience for a smooth team transition to Mail.
• Provide champions with clear evidence of usage and value to make a case internally.
• Define and improve the enterprise buyer journey end to end: evaluation, pilot, deployment, expansion, renewal.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS to align on enterprise needs and prioritize durable patterns over one-off requests.
• Partner with platform, security, and compliance teams to integrate Mail with identity, provisioning, and governance.
• Measure activation, early retention, and feature adoption to demonstrate buyer value.
• Shape ICP and define the Product Market Fit journey.
