Proton is seeking an experienced PM to lead the Mail and Calendar B2B surface. You will own the product strategy in partnership with central B2B leadership, shaping admin controls, org management, integrations, and compliance features aligned to consumer priorities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS.
• Owned product for organizational buyers; understood admin/IT workflows.
• Analytically rigorous with metrics defined before building.
• Technically fluent; comfortable designing with engineers.
• Experienced with freemium or subscription models.
• Direct, structured communicator aligning engineers, growth, and leadership.
• Background in productivity software and daily user habits.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B product strategy for Mail and Calendar with central B2B leadership.
• Lead features from concept to post-launch measurement with cross‑functional teams.
• Talk directly with admins, IT buyers, and org users to inform the roadmap.
• Drive product-led growth, from self-serve to seat expansion in accounts.
• Partner with Sales on pricing, packaging, and feature requirements for larger deals.
• Own integration and ecosystem roadmap (SSO, directory sync, etc.).
• Define and report on B2B health metrics to guide trade-offs.
• Anticipate foundational investments and justify them with data.
