Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Head of Growth Product, Mail to drive compounding growth across surfaces. You will lead a team of growth PMs and own funnels across web, desktop, mobile, and integrations, partnering with Grammarly, Go, and central teams to scale Mail within the Superhuman suite.

You will shape growth strategy, run experiments, and translate insights into shipped product decisions, balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading growth at a product-led (PLG) company.
• Managed growth PMs across multiple funnels or surfaces.
• Rigorous funnel thinking and prioritization.
• Hands-on experience with pricing, packaging, trials, offers.
• Strong analytical fluency; comfortable with data, experiments, growth models.
• Proven track record of shipping insights into products with imperfect data.
• Bonus: AI-native company experience, or growth on mobile/third-party platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of growth PMs and own multiple funnels across web, desktop, mobile, agent, and connectors.
• Partner with Grammarly, Go, and central growth teams to distribute Mail across the Superhuman suite.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive revenue growth and scale experiments.
