Job summary

TikTok Local Services is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and iterations for POI detail pages, rankings, collections, maps, and discovery surfaces. You will shape experiences for dining, travel, entertainment, and other local services, collaborating with Search, Commerce, and Engineering.

Leverage AI to create next-generation content capabilities and drive strong business outcomes, while leading cross-functional teams across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience in product management for internet, consumer technology, digital platform, or related products.
• Demonstrated ability to understand user needs across diverse international markets and translate complex business problems into intuitive product experiences.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with experience using AI tools, data analysis, and experimentation methodologies (e.g., A/B testing) to inform product decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and iteration of TikTok Local Services core product experiences, including POI detail pages, rankings, collections, maps, and other discovery surfaces.
• Identify user needs across diverse global markets and design intuitive, innovative product experiences for dining, travel, entertainment, and other local services scenarios.
• Partner closely with Search, Commerce, Recommendation, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to build seamless end-to-end user journeys from discovery and inspiration through decision-making and transaction.
• Leverage AI technologies to reimagine local services discovery and decision-making experiences, driving the development of next-generation intelligent product capabilities.
• Define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality product launches.
• Analyze product performance using data and experimentation, identify optimization opportunities, and continuously improve user experience and business outcomes.
