TikTok is seeking a Content Product POI Graduate for the Local Services team in San Jose. This Regular (full-time) position offers a pathway into product leadership with a focus on content product features and regional differentiation.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive feature development, optimize the content funnel, and identify user needs across regions, with onboarding by year-end and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive feature development for TikTok Local Services content products, including requirement gathering, product feature design and strategy optimization.
• Identify user demands for Local Services across countries/regions and design differentiated product solutions.
• Collaborate with Search, Transaction and Algorithm teams to optimize content consumption funnel and drive growth.
• Commit to onboarding date by the end of the year.
